The queen of our desserts is the Seadas that we make with high quality products such as flour, lard and fresh cheese, our seadas are truly a goodness.
A fragrant paste collects a heart of sweet cheese, accompanied by an excellent millefiori honey produced on site.
Unfailing on our table are the other traditional Sardinian dried sweets, from the papassini, to the acciuleddi to the bread and saba.
